Sehrish Raja

I am a Turkish-speaking lawyer based in Belgium, specializing in asylum and immigration law. I advise and represent individuals and families in a wide range of immigration procedures, including asylum applications, family reunification, Belgian nationality applications, labour migration, student residence permits, and short- and long-stay visa applications. I also assist clients with the recognition of foreign civil status documents and with legal rehabilitation procedures.

These examples illustrate part of my practice. I provide legal assistance in all areas of asylum and migration law and represent clients throughout the different stages of immigration procedures before the competent Belgian authorities and courts.
